My Story
Lauren is an incredible & dedicated in person and online coach based in Queenstown. She has 3 years industry experience in personal training and group fitness and has a successful online business ‘Lift with Loz’. She has completed her NZ Level 4 Certificate in Exercise, Certificate in Client Movement Assessment and Certificate in Women's Strength Training. Lauren is also a qualified nutrition coach having completed her certificates in Human Nutrition Level 1, 2, 3, Nutrition for Weight Loss and Therapeutic Nutrition. Recently completed the Barbell and Beyond Powerlifting Coaching Mentorship and was invited to join our coaching team after achieving outstanding results.
Lauren started Powerlifting in 2023. She has achieved a new PB for every single lift at every one of her competitions, demonstrating first hand her training and work ethic. This year she qualified for her first NZ National Championships, achieving once again 4 new PBs on the platform.
Lauren has a passion for helping each person become the best and strongest version of themselves. She combines her knowledge and experience across both training and nutrition to get her athletes the best results.
